ICSL’s paper (authors: Younghyun Lim, Jeonghyun Lee, Suneui Park, and Prof. Jaehyouk Choi) “An External-Capacitor-less Low-Dropout Regulator with Less than -36dB PSRR at All Frequencies from 10kHz to 1GHz Using an Adaptive Supply-Ripple Cancellation Technique to the Body-Gate” has been accepted for presentation at 2017 IEEE CICC (Custom Integrated Circuits Conference) in Austin, Texas in coming May.

CICC is one of the three major conferences in the field of analog integrated circuit (IC) designs, along with ISSCC (International Solid-State Circuits Conference) and Symposium on VLSI Circuits. In this paper, an external capacitor-less low-dropout regulator (LDO) that provides high power-supply rejection ratio (PSRR) at all low-to-high frequencies was presented. This LDO was designed for RF transceivers with a high data bandwidth, such as an LTE or an emerging 5G transceiver.
